Yamato Man's Stage is a small palace with heavy Japanese influence. Pagoda-like buildings with unique rooftops adorn the outdoor section and Mt. Fuji can be seen from the background of one of the interior rooms.
The level's passages are very tight and maze-like, and there are many ways to navigate between the four main areas. To fit the tight architecture, most of the stage's weapons are of the close and mid-range categories. Expect plenty of surprise ambushes and swift battles here!
If you start in the room with the three huge windows in the north of the map you can find the Proto Buster, The Shadow Blade, and the Yamato Spear. If you continue right you will find a room with a lot of raised platforms. In this room you can find the Knight Crush, the Tango Roll, and a teleporter leading you to the outside area. This teleporter will take you to the top of a small pagoda, giving you the Crash Bomb. In this same area the Quick Boomerang is found near a pond, and a cliff edge. At the cliff edge you can find a W-Tank. If you go straight from the Crash Bomb you will find a hallway into a room with conveyor belts. In the middle is a bottomless pit with a pillar in the center of it, holding the Rolling Cutter. If you go into the hallway next to the Rolling Cutter you will find the last room. In this room you can get the Shadow Blade or the Yamato Spear.
The elevated hallway in the center of the map makes for a good hub area to see the rest of the stage from. From here, you can snipe at enemies with the Proto Buster or ambush foes that get to close with the Slash Claw. Yamato Spear and Knight Crush are also handy with this strategy for those who try to invade this space.

Rearranged the rooms of the map, deleting some entirely. General weapon selection remained approximately the same.
