Turbo Man's Stage isn't an arena at all, but a small oval race track surrounding a garage! Just because the circuit is small though doesn't mean its empty. Turbo Roader enemies are constantly doing laps around the track, damaging any player in their way. It's a much better idea to stick to the sides of the road, even though plenty of Baccone bots and even the huge Sisi Truck. Not even the garage is free from trouble though! The moving tires there will bounce players clear across the room and even reflect their shots back at them!

Layout

Many weapons on Turbo Man's stage are found right in the open on the track. Beginning at the starting line to the east with Metal Blade and heading south, the direction of traffic, you'll pick up Scorch Wheel, Charge Kick and Oil Slider. To the left of this first straightway, Metal Blade and Hyper Bomb are hidden in the storage sheds.

The next turn heads near a series of platforms leading to a structure with Yamato Spear near the first Oil Slider. Blizzard Attack and another Scorch Wheel are are found in the road here as well. Before making the turn onto the home stretch, be sure to grab the Flame Sword and W-Tank on boxes near the Scorch Wheel.

The final straightaway itself has Charge Kick and Oil Slider, mirroring the maps other half. The only difference is the Freeze Cracker resting on the parked Sisi Truck to the left. After it, you're back at the starting line, which is covered with large energy pickups and has a Party Ball over it, perfect for refueling.

Meanwhile, the Garage is also a great place to refuel. Two W-Tanks rest on platforms in the lower corners. In between them are boxes supporting an M-Tank and Item-1. In the room's center, Wild Coil and Metal Blade are perched on the huge tires while Treble Sentry sits just out of reach on the east wall.

The Yashichi in Turboman's stage is found behind the corner building where the Flame Sword is located.

Strategy

The Weapons offered on Turbo Man's stage are either long-range harassing weapons or powerful melee weapons. To get the best out of both, cruise the track while firing with Blizzard Attack or Metal Blade, saving the Yamato Spear for larger mobs. To avoid counter-fire, take cover behind the Baccones. At mid-range, whip out the Oil Slider or Charge Kick and finish your enemy off. Flame Sword can also work, but only if your adversary is trapped or unaware. The more mobile melee weapons will always outclass it.

Modifications

V2 to V3

Flame Sword replaced Top Spin on the northwestern boxes.
