Thunder Beam is a fairly slow firing weapon that shoots large projectiles that rips through enemies and pierce armours. It also fires two identical beams to the left and right of the user, sometimes netting some extra kills.

Tactics

Using Thunder Beam

Try to aim carefully before firing the Thunder Beam. While it fires at an average speed, missing your targets can prove fatal. The beams travel fast so using them at long range is acceptable if you have good prediction. The side beams can be used to trick your opponent into thinking you're running away, but instead aim your side towards him and try to hit him with blind fire. This weapon can eventually used in another deadly strategy that involves very close range, as the three beams will rip through the target at the same time.

Vs. Thunder Beam

Stay away from your enemy as much as possible or strafe around them. If you have a close range weapon you can try to rush in around them and take advantage of their firing delay. Leaf Shield can reflect the Thunder Beam.
