Spark Man's Stage, like Elec Man's takes place in a electric power plant full of mechanical devices. Unlike the open spaces of that stage though, Spark Man's level is based around the idea of narrow pathways and low ceilings. However, you can still find plenty of the high-powered weapons from Elec Man's stage here, along with some explosives to liven up the mix!

A map of Sparkman's stage

Spark Man's Stage is a series of ledges surrounding a lower pit containing garbage. The map seems much bigger though thanks to the massive ceiling protrusion above the pit, which has some passages running through it itself!

The highest and outermost ledge holds a W-Tank in its southwestern corner, with Thunder Beam below it on a lower ledge. The same is true for Tango Roll and Quick Boomerang in the northwestern corner. Between them on the upper ledge, you'll find Water Balloon as well. At the middle of the adjacent two sides, you'll also encounter Spark Shock. Except for Metal Blade in the place of Water Balloon and Rush Coil instead of Tango Roll, the other half of the outer ledges is identical.

Staircases next to both Spark Shocks lead to the interior of the ceiling protrusion. An E-Tank is in the center of this area, while balconies to the west and east support Napalm Bomb and Drill Bomb respectively. Meanwhile, the garbage pit directly underneath this area contains Slash Claw and two Exit Units. To get out of here, use the ladders to the east and west and pick up Dust Crusher and Rush Coil or a W-Tank on your way out.

Spark Man's Yashichi is in one of the dispensers above the junk pile

As with any vertically staggered stage, controlling the high ground is the key to victory. Use the ripping Metal Blade and Thunder Beam to shred anyone on the higher levels other than you. If you must move lower to dodge something, you can pick off opponents on the higher levels with Quick Boomerang easily. If you need to recharge in peace, head to the interior of the ceiling protrusion, which is usually vacant. This is also a great vantage point for dropping either bombs on the heads of your enemies or taking a shortcut to the higher levels with a flying leap. Above all, don't stay in the junk pit for too long unless you want to be hunted by opponents with Slash Claw. Get out with Rush Coil or Exit Unit unless you're doing the hunting yourself!

V1 to V2

Replaced Top Spin with Slash Claw on the junk pile. Added Exit Units.

V2 to V3

Water Balloon replaced Gemini Laser.
