Crash Man's Stage is a vertically-oriented series of paths winding around several towers. It is one of the tallest stages in MM8BDM alongside Elec Man's Stage. All surfaces of the stage are made of thin golden pipes, adding an element of surreality to the level.

Besides its high heights, Crash Man's stage is best known for the multitude of alcoves in its soaring walls that can act as player spawn points. Several great weapons and almost every Item in the game can be obtained in some of them as well. Most, however, cannot be accessed without the aid of Rush Coil, Rush Jet or Tornado Hold.

Map of Crashman's stage

The lowest level of Crash Man's stage is toward the northern edge and holds a Tango Roll in its center. Going east will yield Flame Blast and Ring Boomerang while Search Snake and Wild Coil are to the east. Both maps meet up at a junction with Item-1 and Dust Crusher. A W-Tank is found in an alcove above the Wild Coil, Sakugarne rests above the Flame Blast and Hyper Bomb is hidden above Item-1.

A jump past Dust Crusher leads to the Tornado Hold in a low area similar where the Tango Roll is found. Don't miss the Proto Buster in an alcove in the wall adjacent to this platform! Charge Kick, another Search Snake, Rush Coil and Crash Bomber are all located on the path leading upward in that order. An Eddie Call is also above this area near the Charge Kick. A final leap past the Crash Bomber will earn you the Treble Sentry. You can also get to this area by taking a left at the first Search Snake and climbing ladder, picking up an Exit Unit in the process. Finally, note the Rush Jet, W-Tank and Bass Buster all located in alcoves around this highest area.

Crashman's Yashichi is hidden in the wall in the corner high above Hyper Bomb

Matches on Crash Man's Stage can become crowded in a hurry, especially on the lower levels where enemies are constantly dropping in. Ring Boomerang and Dust Crusher may work for confrontations with single enemies on higher levels, but crowd control weapons are needed for mobs on the bottom. Search Snake and Wild Coil can easily flood the lower areas with projectiles without need to step into the fray. Tornado Hold and Flame Blast can cause more concentrated chaos, but Hyper Bomb is the ideal weapon to rack up frags here. The Rush Jet is an excellent vehicle to drop any of these weapons from while staying completely safe. Finally, make sure you control the Treble Sentry. Dropping it down to the crowd will only add to your frag total!

V2 to V3

Rearranged the map with added junctions to make traveling without running into someone easier. Added Tornado Hold.
